Job Description

I. Job Profile

Job Title: Logistic Operator

Department: Logistics-Shipping

II. Job Summary

Responsible for warehouse management, storage, and shipment of finished goods to meet customer demand and ensure accuracy.

III. Job Functions and Duties

1. Report to the warehouse supervisor and complete assigned tasks promptly, including work in different warehouses.
2. Manage finished goods warehouse inventory, organize locations, and implement warehouse management system procedures.
3. Handle unloading, receiving, delivering, and loading of finished goods/materials.
4. Report issues during inventory cycle counting and daily operations.
5. Manage inventory movement and counting, ensuring proper stacking and FIFO during shipping.
6. Follow safety procedures, conduct equipment inspections, and report issues.
7. Participate in monthly cycle counts and inventory data collection.
8. Train new employees on job skills and knowledge.
9. Coordinate to complete additional tasks as assigned.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

IV. Qualifications

Languages: English and Mandarin proficiency required.

Experience: 1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Condition: Ability to stand or sit for long periods; forklift operation required.

Other Requirements: Forklift license/certificate required.

Skills: Math skills, problem-solving, logistics knowledge, planning, communication, analytical skills, and training in glass production technology and logistics management.

V. Work Environment

Occasional exposure to extreme heat, moderate noise level, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots required.
