Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or related field, and/or equivalent military experience

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure seamless carrier setup and productivity
• Fill in for absent personnel and work on projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability
• Learn to supervise drivers and employees including training and orientation of drivers and customers
• Develop reporting and financial analyses for client sites and present findings in person
• Assist with inventory, assets, and driver allocation to balance equipment across markets
• Handle payroll, budgets, driver counseling, and invoicing processes
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventative services and safety fixes on equipment
• Assist with routing, scheduling, and resolving service issues as they occur
• Support safety culture through driver safety messages, briefings, and trainings
• Plan loads, monitor freight movement, and adjust ETAs based on schedules and environment
