Job summary

Sellars Absorbent Materials in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at the Midtown and 5400 Good Hope locations.

You will coordinate shipping, supervise Logistics Associates, maintain data and inventory, and drive lean improvements while upholding safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. You will also mentor staff and contribute to process optimization initiatives across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise logistics operations and meet daily shipping targets.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting with leadership responsibilities preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations at multiple locations.
• Coordinate workflow to ensure on-time shipping.
• Supervise Logistics Associates and train new staff.
• Maintain shipment data, records, and weekly reports.
• Ensure warehouse inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
• Identify and implement cost-saving logistics improvements.
