Lynden Logistics is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to back the SeaTac, WA team. You will oversee critical processes, support service centers, and partner with customers to move freight efficiently and accurately.

Requirements include 3+ years in transportation/logistics, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain TSA STA credentials. Strong Excel skills and excellent communication are essential across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three years of transportation and logistics experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TSA STA credential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex operational issues, identify practical solutions, and ensure decisions align with requirements.
• Track and trace shipments, monitor status, and maintain operational reporting.
• Provide timely communication and guidance to service centers, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Review incoming shipments and validate receipt status, requirements, and handling.
• Assist with TSA security program administration and related audits.
