Job summary

Lynden Logistics, Inc. in SeaTac, WA, is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to oversee critical operational processes and partner with customers to ensure freight moves efficiently and accurately.

The role supports service centers across the network and collaborates with internal stakeholders to meet planned outcomes. The position requires strong logistics knowledge, advanced Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, with TSA credential eligibility as part of the compliance

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of three years of transportation and logistics experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a TSA Security Threat Assessment credential.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex operational issues and identify practical solutions.
Track and trace shipments, monitor delivery and PCS entry status, and maintain reporting.
Support service center leadership and external customers with timely communications and guidance.
Review incoming shipments and validate receipt status, requirements, and handling.
Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
Maintain domestic and international agent network database.
Review potential claims, resolve pre-claim issues, and elevate where appropriate.
