Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in business, operations, logistics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations environment.
• Competency with SAP, Ringi, SharePoint, Overdrive, Mezzanine.

Responsibilities

• Process SAP entries accurately and efficiently, including accepting customer orders and posting related transactions.
• Enter sales and issue purchase orders to suppliers; process warehousing transactions.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and maintain timely inventory reconciliation.
• File and manage paperwork (BOL, POD, invoices) and enter data in systems.
• Support cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency.
