Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Maryland) seeks a seasoned Logistics and Field Services supervisor to manage LIS, lead a seven-person FSR team, and oversee equipment catalogs, BOM updates, and maintenance programs. You will drive sustainment, procurement actions, and equipment training to ensure readiness across on-site and off-site locations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with CBRNE missions and small engine equipment repair.

Qualifications

• 4 years relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor's in related field.
• 2 years relevant progressive experience with a Masters in related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Experience with the CBRNE Response Enterprise mission.
• Experience with repair and servicing of small engine equipment.
• Experience with US&R equipment and maintenance.
• Familiarity with logistics information systems, specifically IBM Maximo.
