• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7 years' experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
• 5 years' supervisory experience.
• Able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.

• Develops systems for safe, profitable operations.
• Meets productivity and service goals; adheres to client SLAs.
• Leads continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manages staff performance, hiring, training, and development.
• Coordinates with HR on training, hiring, and evaluations.
• Schedules daily work and assigns duties to warehouse staff.
• Maintains training on SOPs and client systems.
• Ensures safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance per standards.
