Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Manager Customer Logistics to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer service within Nazareth, PA. The role emphasizes staff development, scheduling, and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage regulatory requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting drivers and client accounts in a Fortune 500 organization.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field required.
• One or more years of direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required; advanced preferred.
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required.
• Knowledge of local and Federal regulations. advanced required.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required.
