Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, finance, or related fields.
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams without direct authority.
- Experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation in operations.
- Experience with freight sourcing, customs, or trade compliance.
Responsibilities
- Translate leadership priorities into executable workstreams with owners and timelines.
- Coordinate operating rhythms and action follow-up with cross-functional teams.
- Provide analytics, insights, and recommendations on logistics performance and risk.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and project benefits.
- Model business cases and validate benefits with Finance.
