Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in overall execution and performance of the operation for a specific location.
• Assist in recruitment and development of staff and independent contractors.
• Monitor and enforce policies, procedures and budget adherence.
• Coordinate negotiations with Vendors, Contractors, and Service Providers to ensure best value and service levels.
• Assist in planning annual equipment, vehicle, and staffing needs for budgeting.
