Qualifications

• Five or more years of manufacturing, warehousing, or internal logistics experience.
• At least two years of team-lead or supervisory experience.
• Relevant college education may be considered in lieu of part of the experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Logistics Supervisors to ensure safety and performance.
• Establish standardized expectations and leadership practices across logistics operations.
• Oversee daily staffing, labor allocation, and open position planning.
• Coordinate manpower planning and transition plans for open roles.
• Escalate issues to Internal Logistics Manager and drive KPI improvements.
• Support implementation of new warehouse processes, technology, and Lean initiatives.
