Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or 3PL environments preferred.
• Familiarity with quality policies and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, vendors and team members to meet commitments.
• Apply GXO quality policies and establish procedures to meet quality objectives.
• Guide supervisors on personnel, quality and safety matters.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff effectively.
• Recommend programs to improve operations.
• Coordinate maintenance with the maintenance team and manage equipment.
• Keep records and prepare reports in a timely manner.
• Ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
