Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch and documentation.
• Conduct team meetings.
• Evaluate and recommend changes in work methods to increase dispatch productivity; assist in training.
• Provide relief coverage for operational duties when associates are away.
• Ensure working knowledge of site operating systems for compliance and correct exception resolution.
• Complete all necessary records and reports timely.
