Job summary

Qualifications

• Clear interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills.
• Highly analytical with ability to communicate/understand and resolve complex operational issues.
• Experience in warehouse shipping/receiving, supply chain, general freight hauling.

Responsibilities

• Receives orders and schedules shipments with appropriate carries to ensure delivery to meet deadlines.
• Monitors and analyzes inventory procedures, recommends updates and improvements to logistics team leader.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Making decisions and solving problems – analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution.
• Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work – Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
• Perform “what if” routing analysis and continually strive to find efficient ways to route and reduce transportation costs.
• Maintain flexibility with shift to meet customer demands.
