AISIN Texas is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations, including receiving, material delivery to production, inventory control, and shipment of finished products. This role provides leadership to Logistics Team Leaders and Team Members, ensuring adherence to standardized work and safety requirements.

• Lead and oversee daily logistics operations including receiving, material delivery to production, inventory control, and shipment of finished products.
• Ensure activities are performed safely, accurately, and per procedures and customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to Logistics Team Leaders and Team Members.
• Coordinate staffing to support production needs and changing priorities.
• Identify and resolve material-flow issues and inventory discrepancies.
