JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to bolster branch operations and service levels. You will coordinate operations, support budgeting, and manage reporting to the corporate office, while supervising staff and driving service excellence across customers.

Ideal candidates possess a degree in supply chain, 3+ years in warehousing, and leadership experience; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in supply chain and logistics.
• Minimum 3 years in the warehouse industry.
• At least 1 year in leadership roles.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Operations and Service Level of the operations.
• Support the managers to manage the operations to budget.
• Responsible for timely administration of reporting to corporate office.
• Schedule and supervise the staff at the Branch.
• Tailor communication to the appropriate audience.
• Demonstrate leadership through work ethic and commitment.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
• Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
• Recommend hiring, firing and promotion.
• Identify and resolve personnel issues.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring of staff.
