Responsibilities

• Core Logistics & Tracking: assist with load tracking, tracing and app compliance.
• Communication: be comfortable on the phone with carriers.
• Booking Loads: gain exposure and training for loading loads.
• Logistics Support: build loads, set up carriers, schedule pickups/deliveries.
• System Management: update customer systems and active load info for tracking.
• Carrier & Documentation: ensure proper docs reach Carrier Resources and insurance certificates.
• General Office: answer phones and support accounting as needed.
