• Track loads, tracing, and ensuring app compliance.
• Phone communication with carriers.
• Gain exposure to booking loads and training.
• Build loads, set up carriers, update calls, schedule pickups/deliveries.
• Update customer systems and active load information for shipper/carrier tracking.
• Ensure proper documentation sent to Carrier Resources and contact insurers for certificates.
