Responsibilities

• Core Logistics & Tracking: Assist with load tracking, tracing, and ensuring processes are followed.
• Communication: Develop comfort and effectiveness on the phone with carriers and internal teams.
• Booking Loads: Gain exposure and training with the potential for scheduling loads.
• Logistics Support: Build loads, set up carriers, update calls, and schedule pickups.
• System Management: Update customer systems and active load information.
• Carrier & Documentation Wizardry: Send documents, contact insurers for certificates, update insurance data.
• General Office Hero: Answer phones, support accounting, handle office duties.
