Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to basic transportation management principles.
• Involve in daily operational tasks including planning of freight, asset utilization, safety management, DOT compliance, driver payroll, logistics analysis, and maintenance coordination.
• Understand industry trends and company initiatives related to driver retention.
• Perform account-specific duties as required by the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
