Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in good standing.
• Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the school semester.
• Junior or Senior level preferred.
• This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to basic transportation management principles.
• Participate in daily operational tasks including freight planning and asset utilization.
• Assist with safety, DOT compliance, driver payroll, and logistics analysis.
• Support driver supervision, revenue/expense insight, and maintenance coordination.
• Learn industry trends and company initiatives related to driver retention.
• Perform other related duties as required by the customer.
