• Strong verbal and written communication; highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to arrange transportation and resolve transit issues.
• Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, packing lists, customs docs).
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in tracking inventory and coordinating with warehouse staff.
