Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, dispatching, inspecting, handling and stocking inbound products.
• Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, determine condition and complete paperwork.
• Arrange for pick-up of shipments and coordinate schedules with drivers.
• Communicate with other departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries and convey service issues to supervisor.
• Encourage safe work practices.
• Arrange daily cycle counts and follow variance.
• Weekly report updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
