The role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and knowledge of supply management principles. You will help maintain logs, support warehouse activities, and drive continuous improvement across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in logistics or customer service/administrative role.
• High school diploma; technical degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ISO regulations and logistics standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
• Ensure premises, assets, and communication channels are used effectively.
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.
• Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials and equipment.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to reach favorable deals.
• Plan and track shipment of final products per requirements.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock and orders.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
