Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (ERP/WMS).
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Assemble and pack kits and materials into boxes for shipment.
• Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery status and documentation.
• Communicate with carriers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve delays or issues.
• Prepare and process shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, customs forms).
• Assist with warehouse coordination and inventory audits.
• Manage printed materials, ensuring correct preparation and inclusion in shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics-related transactions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Customer Service, and Sales to meet delivery timelines.
• Identify and implement improvements to logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
