Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring an Associate Analyst, Operations on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:30pm–10:30pm) to load carrier and customer rates into TMS. You'll help ensure accurate billing and strong financial controls across accounts.

The role requires a high school diploma, solid interpersonal skills, and experience in logistics or related fields. A bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience are a plus; the team offers competitive benefits and opportunities to grow within GXO.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of AP/AR processes and vendor management.
• Experience with COUPA or similar financial systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable for contracted rates.
• Set up vendors in COUPA and create blanket purchase orders.
• Monitor contractor paperwork and rebills; assist day-to-day financial issues.
• Support finance team and terminal director on daily tasks.
