Job summary

V2X is seeking a Logistics Analyst in Orlando to support daily logistics, warehouse, inventory, fleet, and supply chain operations for TADSS sustainment. You will process transactions, maintain records, and prepare reports to enhance operational readiness while collaborating across sites and functions.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office apps.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced setting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn IBM Maximo/MAS 8, SAP, or similar ERP/CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Process daily logistics transactions including receipts, transfers, issues, and inventory adjustments.
• Verify logistics documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Support material movement between regional sites, warehouses, and repair depots.
• Monitor open logistics transactions and report discrepancies or delays.
• Assist with logistics reporting by maintaining accurate operational data.
• Support warehouse inventory control activities including cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Assist with shipping/receiving operations and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain fleet records and coordinate with field personnel for maintenance.
• Enter and maintain logistics transactions in Maximo/SAP and other systems.
• Prepare recurring logistics reports and dashboards for performance metrics.
• Coordinate daily activities with maintenance, warehouse, procurement, and transportation.
