Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects, interprets, and analyzes data on logistics including availability of product, reliability of transport, and distribution.
• Maintains databases of logistics information.
• Tracks product flow from origin to delivery using logistics systems and monitoring inventory and shipment vehicles.
• Reviews processes; identifies and implements improvements to maximize delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyzes transportation costs, procurement and delivery processes, and inventory issues such as back orders.
• Uses analytic methods to understand, predict, and control logistics operations.
• Monitors warehouse activities to evaluate inventory transactions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
