Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Three years or more experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid West Virginia Driver’s License and ability to meet driver acceptability standards.
• Emergency Vehicle Operators Course if operating Emergency Vehicles.
• Experience in EMS or air medical/healthcare industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets and directs customers and guests as they enter the administrative office.
• Supports scheduling inbound/outbound shipments and data entry to logistics.
• Maintains inventory counts and assists with stocking ambulances for service.
• Performs clerical tasks including mail, packages, and document preparation.
• Assists with documentation of clinical and flight operations education.
• Protects financial information and liaises with vendors.
• Supports accreditation and regulatory compliance activities.
