Job summary

Woongjin, Inc is seeking a Warehouse Operations Analyst to optimize daily warehouse activities and planning. You will ensure efficient storage, accurate shipments, and improved delivery performance across North America.

The role requires analyzing data, training operators, and enhancing KPIs while collaborating with carriers and internal teams. A strong Excel skillset and 6+ years in logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites; Excel with VLOOKUP & PivotTables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels including carriers.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within US/Canada.
• 6+ years of warehouse operations or 3PL logistics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support warehousing, transportation, inbound, and outbound operations for North America.
• Analyze operations data to identify improvements and train branch operators.
• Maintain and improve KPIs and productivity across logistics operations.
• Research and implement best practices from other companies for NA branches.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networking; support manager priorities.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments as required by line manager or head of team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will analyze and support the management of warehouse operations by implementing daily warehouse business activities and planning, optimizing storage of purchased materials, transportation and supply, ensuring accurate shipments of goods to customers, efficient storage of warehouse capacity planning requirement, tracking and improving delivery performance to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible to monitor and support operations of warehousing, transportation, inbound and outbound forwarding for all branches in North America, coordinate, and enforce program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Analyze operation data and procedure, find improvements and train operators of company branches
• Maintains and improves KPIs and productivities for all scope of logistics operations and conduct improvement tasks and projects
• Research best practices of logistics operation in other companybranches and companies and implement suitable best practices on company branches in North America
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments required by the line manager or Head of Team

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, especially in Excel using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization including customers and carriers.
• Ability to prioritize effectively, while meeting deadlines
• Ability to multi-task with an exceptional attention to details
• Ability to travel 10% in US / Canada
• Relevant experience in corporate level warehouse operations or 3PLs logistics companies specializing in transportation of electronics in US is preferred
• 6+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operation within the logistics industry preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Travel %: less then 10% US / Canad
