What you’ll do

1. This role is responsible for creating and managing sustainable processes to manage the procedures, services, and costs related to transportation and warehousing.
2. Ensure logistics fulfillment for new business models/GTM.
3. Manage 3PL/warehouse operations to meet customer's order & requirements.
4. Manage inbound flow and put away strategy.
5. Implement & utilize WMS to optimize space utilization.
6. Ensure pick/pack efficiency & productivity.
7. Implement & utilize TMS to optimize load and route planning.
8. Manage returns & reverse logistics.
9. Ensure strict compliance to company safety policies and manage necessary documentation.
10. Ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness of operations.
11. Realize productivity targets.
12. Deliver best-in-class customer service & service as a differentiator.
13. Increase customer satisfaction by improved quality and delivery.
14. Enable customer collaboration/visibility.
15. Manage performance of the function and build capabilities.

What you’ll need

1. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supply chain/logistics management.
2. Excellent coordination & supervisory skills in a warehouse environment.
3. Strong customer orientation.
4. Speed and execution focused.
5. High levels of customer service.
