Visit.org is seeking a passionate and ambitious Logistics Associate to join our remote team. The role involves supporting the efficient movement of goods and materials across our supply chain, including coordinating shipping and receiving, managing inventory, preparing documentation, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities
  • Support daily logistics operations: shipping, receiving, inventory control
  • Assemble and pack kits and materials for shipment
  • Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery info
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve issues
  • Prepare shipping documents like bills of lading, invoices, customs forms
  • Assist with warehouse coordination and inventory audits
  • Manage printed materials, ensuring proper packing and inclusion in shipments
  • Keep accurate records of logistics transactions
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Customer Service, and Sales to meet delivery deadlines
  • Identify and suggest improvements to logistics processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (ERP, WMS)
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving skills
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Salary range: $15.00 to $17.00/hour DOE. The offered pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience. Benefits may include equity, healthcare, and paid time off.
