Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Logistics Support Associate to help coordinate home delivery operations and serve as a liaison among customers, operations and independent contractors.

You will assist with order management, delivery documentation, and follow-up to ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining organized records.

Experience in warehouse or logistics environments and proficiency with MS Office are valued for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Previous office experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of home delivery operations.
• Respond to customer, client, and Independent Contractor inquiries.
• Coordinate and maintain delivery-related documentation (BOLs, service orders, manifests).
• Enter and update customer, order, and contractor data in company systems.
• Monitor open or unassigned orders to support timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Operations and Warehouse teams to support daily schedules.
• Prepare and distribute reports and operational documentation.
