Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day home delivery operations. You will act as a liaison between customers, Operations, Independent Contractors, and internal support teams to help ensure timely and accurate service execution.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, maintaining delivery documentation and schedules, data entry in company systems, and coordinating with warehouse teams to meet commitments.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and other MS Office products.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, client, and Independent Contractor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate delivery-related documentation and records (BOLs, service orders, manifests).
• Assist research and resolution of customer service issues and operational concerns with cross-functional teams.
• Support daily delivery schedules, route execution and customer commitments with Operations and Warehouse teams.
• Enter, update and maintain accurate customer, order and contractor information in systems.
