Qualifications

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent with related experience.
Proficiency in MS 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and operate related equipment.
Must possess a valid driver's license or ability to obtain one.
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance (US Government Secret) and program access.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Manufacturing to prioritize WIP to meet contractual schedule dates.
Coordinate with shop support teams to remove production constraints.
Perform SAP and MES transactions to release work orders, receive parts, close work orders, and issue parts.
Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Assess shortages and take corrective actions as needed.
Obtain and maintain equipment licenses for forklifts and other tools.
Estimate production rates and lead times to meet shipping dates.
