Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 1+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accurate data entry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for shifts.
• Forklift certification ability or plan to obtain.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations.
• Operate site equipment including forklifts and other machinery.
• Restock lab supplies and fulfill internal material requests.
• Support inventory transactions and data entry in SAP/EWM.
• Prepare outbound shipments compliant with DOT/IATA.
• Document receipt, storage, and shipment records; adhere to GMP/SOP.
• Escalate discrepancies and participate in cross-training.
