Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Logistics Material Handler/Shipping on 2nd shift in Sanford, NC. You will move, organize, and prepare goods for shipment, using SAP inventory system, RF scanners, and forklift equipment.

Candidates should be computer literate and able to communicate effectively in English. Shift is 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed; compensation starts at $18.00 per hour plus an 8% shift premium.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Bill of Lading and shippers.
• Knowledge of SAP inventory system and RF scanning.
• Forklift trained and certified; safe work record.
• Able to communicate effectively in English; computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Move, organize, and prepare goods for shipment.
• Operate forklift and use SAP/WMS tools as part of receiving and shipping processes.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with team for timely shipment and OT as needed.

We have an opportunity for a Shipping 2nd shift to join our Sanford NC team. You will be responsible for moving, organizing, and preparing goods for shipment.

You will Need to have knowledge in the following:

• Knowledge of Bill of Lading
• Knowledge of pre-shippers and shippers
• Knowledge of SAP inventory system
• Forklift trained and certified
• RF Scanner
• Safe work record

Key Qualifications:

• Computer literate
• Shipping and fork-lift experience a plus
• Knowledge of electronic inventory systems
• Able to communicate effectively in the English language

Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated hourly base pays $18.00 per hour, plus 8% of shift premium. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs.

Shift/Hours:

• 2nd shift Mon- Friday with OT and weekends when needed
• Hours: 3:00 p.m. to 11:30p.m.
