Job summary

Pentair is seeking a Warehouse Technician for 1st shift in Delavan, WI. You will support the Shipping team by managing end-to-end documentation, processing, and tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include unloading/loading, inventory verification, SAP-based processing, and safe operation of forklifts while maintaining 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Able to work from verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented and safety-focused.
• Knowledge of forklift safety and warehouse operations.
• Experience with SAP and shipping/receiving documents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks efficiently using mechanical and manual methods.
• Verify inventory and accuracy of shipping and receiving forms.
• Deliver raw materials and finished goods using forklift to proper locations.
• Pick and palletize orders for shipment.
• Record warehouse transactions promptly in inventory systems.
• Utilize SAP for order receiving and shipping (domestic and export).

Warehouse Technician 1st shift - Delavan, WI

We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Technician to join our Delavan, WI team. You will support the Shipping team by managing the end-to-end documentation, processing, and tracking of orders to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks in an efficient manner using mechanical and manual means
• Verify inventory and accuracy of shipping and receiving forms
• Deliver raw materials and finished goods using hand or forklift truck to proper departments, cells or other storage areas
• Pick and palletize orders for shipment.
• Accurately record in a timely manner all assigned receiving, inventory control and general warehousing transactions
• Use of current production and inventory control systems and software
• Must know how to use SAP system to be able to receive and ship orders. (Domestic and Export)

Key Qualifications

• Be able to work from verbal instructions, written work instructions, and quality plans with minimal supervision.
• Be able to work in a team environment.
• Follow company safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Learn 5S Program & Tank Hazmat Training Ability to use forklift, order picker, reach truck, pallet wrapper, scales.
• Forklift operation-license preferred.

Physical Requirements

Medium work frequently and heavy work infrequently (moving 5-20lbs)

Shift/Hours

1st shift: 6:30am - 2:00pm Monday - Friday Occasional mandatory overtime required

Compensation

The hourly pay for this role is: $21.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
