Columbia Search Partners, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager for a global manufacturing company in Tulsa, OK. You will own shipping/receiving operations, manage 3PL relationships, and drive HTS classification and compliance.

The role involves leading a team of 11-25, implementing Lean initiatives, and overseeing budgets and capex. Hybrid or nearby-market base is considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of general management experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on 3PL, carrier, and customs brokerage experience.
• Working knowledge of HTS tariff classification and import/export compliance.
• HS diploma or GED required; degree a plus.

Logistics Manager | Manufacturing | Tulsa, OK

We're hiring a Logistics Manager for a global manufacturer of mission-critical industrial solution, and this role is a big one.

This supply chain organization is actively scaling, with growth happening across sourcing, planning, and logistics. You'll report to the leader who owns Americas logistics strategy and take direct ownership of shipping and receiving, carrier management, 3PL setup, customs brokerage, and HTS tariff classification. Tariff recovery is a current strategic priority, and the company is evaluating a 3PL partnership for its Americas operations, so this hire will help lead that transition.

Based at a Tulsa, OK manufacturing site, but hybrid or a nearby-market base is open for the right person.

What you'll own:

• Shipping and receiving operations and workflow

• Import/export compliance and HTS classification


• Lean Manufacturing initiatives across quality, cost, safety, and delivery
