Job summary

Holtzman Corp seeks a seasoned logistics leader to direct and oversee the daily operations of a fleet of 75 trucks. You will drive dispatch efficiency, safety, and performance while shaping long-term operational plans.

Responsibilities include leading dispatch and delivery staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring DOT compliance. A strong emphasis on team development, collaboration with senior management, and a focus on a positive work culture will be essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing logistics.
• Proficient in DOT regulations and compliance.
• Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to develop and implement dispatch and delivery processes.

Requirements
