You will drive warehouse operations, mentor large teams, and apply data-driven approaches to optimize processes and service levels. This exempt, salaried role offers an annual salary of $82,000–$89,000 plus an up to 10% annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance within a Fortune 500 logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or related field; 2+ years of direct report management.
• Experience in a customer-facing role and data-driven problem solving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop large warehouse teams to meet targets.
• Analyze data to create operational solutions and process improvements.
• Manage flexible schedules and multiple shifts for optimal coverage.
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service levels.
• Maintain safety and security standards within warehouse operations.
• Communicate effectively in English; bilingual French beneficial for Quebec sites.
