Job summary

NOTS Logistics LLC in Shippensburg, PA is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to handle both planning and execution of freight, and manage shipping/receiving accuracy. You will use TMS for load planning and WMS for inventory control, and perform order processing, carrier tendering, and load optimization.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 2+ years in logistics, knowledge of WMS/TMS, strong problem solving and communication skills, and solid computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years in logistics; 1+ year in transportation/warehouse ops preferred.
• WMS and TMS knowledge; OSHA knowledge beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organization.
• Proficient computer skills and adaptability with multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Load Building & Optimization using TMS to create efficient shipments.
• Process customer orders, tender freight, and keep TMS current.
• Use WMS/TMS to verify shipments, receipts, and inventories.
• Provide shipment visibility, auditing, and issue resolution.
• Recover loads and resolve service failures quickly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
• Handle administrative tasks and cross-team collaboration.
• Support shift flexibility and ongoing learning initiatives.
