Job summary

The Maschhoffs is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Illinois to provide coordination, communication, data, and schedule support for Flow, Marketing, and Transport within Supply Chain Planning & Operations. This role helps ensure timely, accurate daily execution by preparing schedules, validating data, and maintaining documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Associate’s Degree is required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and distribute schedules, reports, plan summaries, and communications for daily execution.
• Coordinate released plans and scheduling across Flow, Marketing, and Transport.
• Maintain records for live haul movements, schedules, Health Certificates, and Interstate Agreements.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders on schedules and service interruptions.
• Assist with customer service for Production Operations, partners, plants, buyers, veterinarians, and carriers.
• Develop knowledge of flow planning and transport coordination and how plans interact with production.
