Victoria’s Secret Logistics is seeking entry-level leaders to develop into front-line supervisors in a premier supply chain organization known for speed, efficiency, and quality. The role focuses on preparing individuals for leadership in logistics and operating across the department with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Assists Supervisor in planning and organizing department goals by understanding priorities
Takes a proactive approach to the flow of work and managing hours
Effectively communicates with Supervisor and Associates both orally and in writing
Partners with Supervisor to build a team environment with strong floor performance
Possesses knowledge of DC systems and ensures procedures are followed
Coordinates training of current and new hire Associates
