Victoria’s Secret Logistics is seeking entry-level leaders to develop into front-line supervisors in a premier supply chain organization known for speed, efficiency, and quality. The role focuses on preparing individuals for leadership in logistics and operating across the department with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

• Assists Supervisor in planning and organizing department goals by understanding priorities
• Takes a proactive approach to the flow of work and managing hours

• Partners with Supervisor to build a team environment with strong floor performance
• Possesses knowledge of DC systems and ensures procedures are followed
• Coordinates training of current and new hire Associates

Hours are Monday to Friday 4 10s 5am to 330pm and overtime as needed

Position Summary - Entry Level Leadership Roles. Logistics

This role is designed as a developmental role to help prepare individuals for a career and pathway in logistics leadership. Individuals with a passion for supply chain and logistics and a willingness to learn, to be curious, and to have a great attitude should consider this opportunity. This role can lead to other opportunities in operations leadership as well as other supply chain functions with our business. This role will help an individual become a front-line leader with the ability to lead a team, have crucial conversations, and navigate through department situations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assists Supervisor in planning and organizing department goals by understanding priorities and
• Takes a proactive approach to the flow of work and managing hours in department
• Effectively communicates with Supervisor and Associates both orally and in writing
• Partners with Supervisor to assist Associates in building a team environment through strong floor performance and maintains a positive professional behavior at all times
• Possesses common knowledge of all DC systems, ensuring Associates follow procedures and provides performance feedback to Supervisor
• Key person in coordinating the training of current and new hire Associates

Minimum Salary

$21.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

• Exceptional attendance and performance record and ability to maintain those standards
• Knowledge of PC's and software and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and interact in a constructive manner
• must be able to perform the essential functions of the job and assist in all areas
• Knowledge of DC operations
