Job summary

TireHub is seeking a Logistics Lead to oversee tire picking, packing, weighing, and counting for customer orders. You will lead in TLC operations, maintain safety, and deliver exceptional service while operating TireHub vehicles as needed.

Key responsibilities include coordinating tasks, monitoring inventory, and communicating daily summaries to leadership, with a starting wage of $23.05 per hour and scheduled increases. Weekend Saturdays with fluctuating day hours are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in general warehousing and shipping/receiving processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Distribute tasks and manage general warehousing duties.
• Coordinate delivery services and vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure safety standards and FMCSA compliance in daily operations.
• Communicate daily operational summaries to leadership.
