Job summary

TireHub in Miami, FL is seeking a Logistics Lead to oversee tire picking, packing, weighing, and counting for customer orders, while providing leadership in TireHub Logistics Centers and ensuring safe vehicle operation and exceptional service.

This role reports to Assistant TLC Leader and requires at least 1 year of general work experience, 2 years of driving history, and strong communication skills. Monday–Saturday shifts with a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving history with a valid driver's license.
• Must be 19 years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Distribute tasks for general warehousing and delivery service.
• Load, unload, inspect, and tally tires for orders.
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles.
• Conduct daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Maintain safety standards and FMCSA compliance.
• Provide daily leadership updates to the TLC leadership.
• Collect COD payments when applicable.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
