Job summary

TireHub is seeking a Logistics Lead for our Minnesota operations. The role oversees task distribution in warehousing, delivery, and vehicle maintenance while maintaining safety and strong customer relations. You will operate forklifts and delivery vehicles, verify tire orders, and report to leadership.

Requires driving history and basic warehouse experience, with opportunities for progression. Starting wage is $24 per hour with progression after 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 19 years old.

Responsibilities

• Distribute tasks including general warehousing, delivery service and vehicle maintenance.
• Operate order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery vehicles.
• Check and verify the accuracy of tire selections for customer orders and ensure correct staging.
• Communicate daily summaries to leadership including safety and operations.
• Maintain vehicle safety, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and report issues.
