Job summary

TireHub is hiring a Logistics Lead in New Jersey. The role involves overseeing tire selection, packing, weighing and counting for customer orders, plus leadership in TireHub Logistics Centers. The LL ensures safe driving practices and exceptional service while representing TireHub professionally.

Reports to an Assistant TLC Leader. The role includes a starting wage of $22.20/hour with $2/hour increases in the first year, a sign-on bonus, and a Monday–Saturday shift.

Qualifications

• 1 year general work experience minimum.
• Minimum 2 years driving history with a valid license.
• Must be 19 years old.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Forklift certification and safety awareness.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and FMCSA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Distribute tasks across general warehousing and delivery duties.
• Operate order pickers, forklifts and delivery vehicles safely.
• Inspect vehicles and report maintenance issues daily.
• Verify accuracy of tire selection, packing, weighing, and counting for orders.
• Coordinate with Logistics Specialists in dispatch-like flow.
• Maintain compliance with TireHub policies and FMCSA.
